Ki\u015fisel verileriniz, Veri Sorumlusu taraf\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u00e7er\u00e7evede ve her zaman 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu (\u201cKanun<\/strong>\u201d) ile uyumlu olarak i\u015flenmektedir.<\/p>

\u00d6ZEL Avukatl\u0131k Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k (\u201c\u00d6ZEL<\/strong>\u201d olarak an\u0131lacakt\u0131r), ki\u015fisel verilerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hususuna azami hassasiyet g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan ki\u015fisel verilerinizin hangi kapsamda i\u015flenebilece\u011fi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da detayl\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>

1. Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Toplanma Y\u00f6ntemleri ve \u0130\u015flenme Ama\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>

Ki\u015fisel verilerin toplanma y\u00f6ntemleri ve hukuki sebepleri:<\/p>

Ki\u015fisel verileriniz \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan sizlerin beyanlar\u0131 \u00fczerine fiziki veya elektronik ortamda ve \u00d6ZEL ile sizler aras\u0131nda bulunan ili\u015fkisi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde toplanmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda ki\u015fisel verileriniz, \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan hizmete ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, ilgili mevzuat\u0131n ve yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmalar\u0131n izin verdi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ve \u00e7izdi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlar dahilinde, hukuken zorunlu oldu\u011fu durumlarda onay\u0131n\u0131z da al\u0131narak \u00e7e\u015fitli kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n veri tabanlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla toplanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>

\u00d6ZEL i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde, ba\u015fvuru yapan ki\u015filerin kendi a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zalar\u0131 ile \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015flerini \u201cinfo@ozel.law<\/a><\/em>\u201d e-posta adresine yollamalar\u0131, m\u00fclakat esnas\u0131nda sorulan sorular\u0131 kendi r\u0131zalar\u0131 ile yan\u0131tlamalar\u0131 ya da ilan yay\u0131nlama ve aday havuzu hizmetleri veren insan kaynaklar\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131m programlar\u0131n\u0131n (Kariyer.net, LinkedIn vb. gibi) sundu\u011fu \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme y\u00f6ntemleri ile ba\u015fvuranlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel verilerini elde edilmektedir.<\/p>

Bu y\u00f6ntemlerle toplanan ki\u015fisel verileriniz 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un 4., 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme \u015fartlar\u0131 ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda i\u015flenmektedir.<\/p>

  11. Hukuk b\u00fcromuz b\u00fcnyesinde yap\u0131lan m\u00fcvekkil toplant\u0131lar\u0131, dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k teklifleri, hukuki raporlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve sair hukuki hizmet i\u00e7in sunulan tekliflerin incelenmesi,<\/li><\/ol>

    ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ile i\u015flenebilecektir.<\/p>

    2. Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Ama\u00e7larla Aktar\u0131labilece\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>

    \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan toplanan ki\u015fisel verileriniz; 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 KVK Kanunu\u2019nun 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme \u015fartlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ve i\u015fbu dok\u00fcmanda belirtilmi\u015f ama\u00e7larla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak, KVK Kanunu\u2019nun 8. ve 9. maddelerine uygun olmak suretiyle 3. ki\u015fi ve kurumlara aktarabilecektir.<\/p>

    Bu ki\u015fi ve Kurumlar \u00d6ZEL\u2019in; i\u015f ortaklar\u0131, avukatlar\u0131 ve yetkili mahkeme ve\/veya icra daireleri ile kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca verileriniz \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k, destek veya hukuki hizmet ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya almay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere, di\u011fer konularda dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k destek veya hizmet ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya almay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere, kanunen yetkili kurum ve kurulu\u015flara, belirtilen ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme \u015fartlar\u0131 ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde aktar\u0131labilecektir. Bu verilerin aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ilgili t\u00fcm tedbirler \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca veri aktar\u0131m\u0131 yapan 3. ki\u015filerin de gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri ald\u0131klar\u0131 konusunda taahh\u00fct al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>

    Veriler; gerekli g\u00fcvenlik ve hukuki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131narak bu metnin ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in bilgi i\u015flem altyap\u0131lar\u0131na, bulut bili\u015fim sistemlerine aktar\u0131labilir, elektronik veya fiziki ortamlarda yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmesi amac\u0131yla ar\u015fivlenebilir.<\/p>

    3. Veri Sahiplerinin Haklar\u0131 ve Bu Haklar\u0131n Kullan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>

    Ki\u015fisel verileriniz her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yaz\u0131l\u0131, s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve elektronik ortamda, i\u015fbu ayd\u0131nlatma metninin 1. maddesinde say\u0131lan ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda toplanabilir. Bu y\u00f6ntemlerle toplanan ki\u015fisel verileriniz 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme \u015fartlar\u0131 ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda bu Bilgilendirme\u2019nin (b) ve (c) maddelerinde belirtilen ama\u00e7larla da i\u015flenebilmekte ve aktar\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>

    Ki\u015fisel veri sahipleri olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen haklar\u0131n\u0131za ili\u015fkin taleplerinizi Veri Sahipleri Taraf\u0131ndan Haklar\u0131n Kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda belirtilen y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00d6ZEL\u2019e iletmeniz durumunda talepleriniz \u00d6ZEL taraf\u0131ndan m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ve her halde 30 (otuz) g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde de\u011ferlendirilerek sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>

    4. Ki\u015fisel Veri Sahibinin Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu 11. Maddesinde Say\u0131lan Haklar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenip i\u015flenmedi\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li>
    2. Ki\u015fisel verileriniz i\u015flenmi\u015fse buna ili\u015fkin bilgi talep etme,<\/li>
    3. Ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenme amac\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n amac\u0131na uygun kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li>
    4. Yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ki\u015fisel verilerinizin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fileri bilme,<\/li>
    5. Ki\u015fisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde bunlar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yap\u0131lan i\u015flemin ki\u015fisel verilerin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere bildirilmesini isteme,<\/li>
    6. Kanun ve ilgili di\u011fer kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, i\u015flenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde ki\u015fisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yap\u0131lan i\u015flemin ki\u015fisel verilerin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere bildirilmesini isteme,<\/li>
    7. \u0130\u015flenen verilerinizin m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran otomatik sistemler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla analiz edilmesi suretiyle ki\u015finin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na itiraz etme,<\/li>
    8. Ki\u015fisel verilerinizin kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak i\u015flenmesi sebebiyle zarara u\u011framas\u0131 h\u00e2linde zarar\u0131n giderilmesini talep etme.<\/li><\/ol>

      5. Veri Sahipleri Taraf\u0131ndan Haklar\u0131n Kullan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>

      The extent to which your personal data can be processed by \u00d6ZEL Attorney Consultancy as a “Data Officer” is explained below. Your personal data is processed by the Data Officer within the framework described below and always in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cLaw<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>

      \u00d6ZEL Attorney Consultancy (\u201c\u00d6ZEL<\/strong>\u201d) shows maximum sensitivity to the security of personal data. The scope of processing your personal data by \u00d6ZEL is explained in detail below.<\/p>

      1. Collection Methods of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing<\/strong><\/p>

      Collection methods of personal data and legal reasons:<\/p>

      Your personal data is collected by \u00d6ZEL in physical or electronic environment upon your declarations and within the framework of the relationship between \u00d6ZEL and you. In this context, your personal data is collected through the databases of various institutions and organizations, depending on the service provided by \u00d6ZEL, to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation and agreements and within the limits drawn, by obtaining your consent when legally required.<\/p>

      \u00d6ZEL collects the personal data of applicants who sent their CVs to \u201cinfo@ozel.law<\/a><\/em>\u201d e-mail address with their explicit consent during recruitment process, answer the questions asked during the interview with their consent, or by utilizing CV viewing methods of human resources software programs (such as Kariyer.net, LinkedIn, etc.) rendering candidate pool and publishing announcement services.<\/p>

      Your personal data collected through these methods are processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the 4th, 5th and 6th articles of the Law No. 6698.<\/p>

      Personal Data will be processed for:<\/p>

      1. Providing the requested services,<\/li>
      2. Planning both legal and business strategies,<\/li>
      3. Evaluation of candidates in recruitment processes<\/li>
      4. Providing information to the Authorized Court, Enforcement Office, relevant institutions and\/or organizations,<\/li>
      5. Giving information about developments in the field of law and legal legislation updates,<\/li>
      6. Execution of contract processes and determination and control of the signatory powers of the parties signing the relevant documents<\/li>
      7. Registration of identity, address, tax number and other information necessary for the identification of the owners and persons concerned of all kinds of business and transactions, and their arrangement on paper or electronically,<\/li>
      8. Managing client relations,<\/li>
      9. Execution and\/or performance of a legal consultancy contract,<\/li>
      10. Execution of information security process,<\/li>
      11. Preparation of client meetings held in our law firm, consultancy offers, legal reports and examination of offers for other legal services,<\/li><\/ol>

        2. To Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred And For What Purposes<\/strong><\/p>

        Your personal data collected by \u00d6ZEL will be transferred to 3rd parties within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in the 5th and 6th articles of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and limited to the purposes specified in this document and in accordance with the 8th and 9th articles of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.<\/p>

        These persons and Institutions are \u00d6ZEL’s business partners, lawyers and authorized courts and\/or enforcement offices and public institutions and organizations. In addition, your data can be sent directly or indirectly within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified by \u00d6ZEL to third parties from whom it receives or plans to receive consultancy, support or legal services abroad, third parties from which it receives or plans to receive consultancy support or service in other matters, legally authorized institutions and organizations. All measures regarding the transfer of this data are taken by \u00d6ZEL. In addition, a commitment is taken that the third parties who transfer data also take the necessary technical and administrative measures.<\/p>

        Data can be transferred to data processing infrastructures, cloud computing systems in order to realize the purposes of this text by taking the necessary security and legal measures, and can be archived in electronic or physical environments in order to fulfill legal obligations.<\/p>

        3. Rights of Data Owners and Exercising These Rights<\/strong><\/p>

        Your personal data may be collected in all kinds of written, verbal and electronic media for the purposes listed in the 1st article of this clarification text. Your personal data collected through these methods can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Information within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.<\/p>

        As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights stated below to \u00d6ZEL using the methods specified under the heading of Exercise of Rights by Data Owners, your requests will be evaluated and finalized by \u00d6ZEL as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days.<\/p>

        4. Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>

        1. Learning if your personal data has been processed,<\/li>
        2. Requesting information regarding the personal data if they are processed,<\/li>
        3. Learning the purpose of his data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,<\/li>
        4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred inside or outside the country,<\/li>
        5. In case your personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed, requesting that these be corrected and requesting that the transactions made within this scope be notified to third parties where your personal data is transferred,<\/li>
        6. Requesting deletion or disposal of personal data in case the reasons that require processing have been eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the Law on PDP and other relevant legal provisions and requesting notification to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,<\/li>
        7. Making an objection in case there comes a disadvantageous result after analyzing the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,<\/li>
