reg\u00fclasyonlar ile ilgili kul\u00fcpleri bilgilendirmek ve bunlara uyulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, transfer d\u00f6nemlerinde aktif rol almak, sporcularla ve sporcu menajerleriyle olan hukuki s\u00fcre\u00e7leri planlamak noktalar\u0131nda aktif rol almaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>\u00d6ZEL\u2019in hizmetleri yaln\u0131zca i\u00e7 yarg\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine dair olmay\u0131p, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015fin mahiyeti gere\u011fi CAS, UEFA Tahkim Kurulu ve FIFA Temyiz Komitesi gibi uluslararas\u0131 spor tahkimi kurumlar\u0131 da kapsamakta ve \u00d6ZEL esasen bu alanda fark\u0131n\u0131 ortaya
